Return & Exchange Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order, only under the following conditions:

You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.

The item must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact.

An unboxing video is mandatory for any return or refund request.
Refunds

If the product is eligible for a refund, the amount will be transferred back to your bank/Easypaisa/JazzCash account within 5–7 working days.

Refunds are not applicable for change of mind, dislike of design, or size issues after parcel is accepted.
No Refund/Exchange Will Be Provided If:

The product has been used or damaged after delivery.

The customer fails to provide a proper unboxing video.

The return request is made after 3 days of delivery.
