At Wristova, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We stand by the quality of our products and are here to help if something doesn’t go as expected.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order, only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact.

  • An unboxing video is mandatory for any return or refund request.

 Refunds

  • If the product is eligible for a refund, the amount will be transferred back to your bank/Easypaisa/JazzCash account within 5–7 working days.

  • Refunds are not applicable for change of mind, dislike of design, or size issues after parcel is accepted.

No Refund/Exchange Will Be Provided If:

  • The product has been used or damaged after delivery.

  • The customer fails to provide a proper unboxing video.

  • The return request is made after 3 days of delivery.
