Warranty Policy

At Wristova, we are committed to offering reliable, high-quality timepieces. To ensure your confidence, we provide a 6-month limited warranty on the watch machine mechanism only.

What’s Covered

This warranty applies to:

  • Internal watch mechanism (movement only)

  • Factory defects affecting timekeeping or internal function

The warranty is valid for 6 months from the date of delivery.

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage to glass, case, strap, dial, or crown

  • Battery issues

  • Water damage

  • Scratches, color fading, or wear and tear from use

  • Any physical or accidental damage

  • Repairs done by third parties

  • Damage due to improper handling or exposure to perfumes/moisture

How to Claim Warranty

  2. Provide your order number, details of the issue, and a clear unboxing video

  3. Once verified, we will assist with a free repair or replacement (if applicable)

Processing Time

Approved warranty claims will be resolved within 7–10 working days.
