Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.
• Once your order is packed and shipped, we’ll notify you via WhatsApp or email.

Delivery Time

• We deliver all across Pakistan in 3 to 5 working days.
• Delivery time may vary slightly based on your location or courier availability.

Payment Method

• We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
• All orders are prepaid via:

Open Parcel Policy

Yes, you can open the parcel before payment in front of the delivery person.

• We want you to feel confident in your purchase.
• Kindly inspect your watch upon delivery to ensure it is correct and undamaged.

Note: An unboxing video is still required in case of return or replacement claims.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order, only under the following conditions:

• You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.
• The item must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact.
• An unboxing video is mandatory for any return or refund request.

 Refunds

• If the product is eligible for a refund, the amount will be transferred back to your bank/Easypaisa/JazzCash account within 5–7 working days.
• Refunds are not applicable for change of mind, dislike of design, or size issues after parcel is accepted.

No Refund/Exchange Will Be Provided If:

• The product has been used or damaged after delivery.
• The customer fails to provide a proper unboxing video.
• The return request is made after 3 days of delivery.

3. Our support team will verify and process your request promptly.
